En parall\u00e8le, l\u2019enseigne sensibilisera sur le sujet ses collaborateurs par la mise en place de diff\u00e9rentes communications d\u00e9di\u00e9es. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019initiative intervient apr\u00e8s la proposition de loi \u2013 adopt\u00e9e en premi\u00e8re lecture \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale le 28 janvier \u2013 de cr\u00e9er une heure silencieuse visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 des personnes en situation de handicap aux magasins de la grande distribution et aux centres commerciaux. Le texte pr\u00e9voit la mise en place d\u2019une n\u00e9gociation de 18 mois entre les acteurs \u00e9conomiques de la grande distribution et des centres commerciaux, les associations repr\u00e9sentant les personnes handicap\u00e9es et des parlementaires.<\/p>\n              <\/div>\n            \n                    <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"block_5a016e328afc3e3986cc6e833be8cd62\" class=\"block-textminor\">\n    <div class=\"row\">\n              <div class=\"col-lg-10 col-12\">\n        <div class=\"block-textminor-main\">\n                          <h2 class=\"block-textminor-title h3\">\n                  Diff\u00e9rentes approches, diff\u00e9rentes cultures              <\/h2>\n                                      <div class=\"block-textminor-text\">\n                  <p>On observe, \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle, une vraie tendance de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre de plus en plus inclusive. A vouloir davantage int\u00e9grer les diversit\u00e9s, les particularit\u00e9s, les handicaps\u2026 Et cette \u00e9volution a vraisemblablement \u00e9t\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e par la crise sanitaire que le monde traverse, amenant chacun \u00e0 porter une attention particuli\u00e8re au personnel soignant, aux personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es ou \u00e0 toute personne vuln\u00e9rable.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019on ne peut que saluer l\u2019initiative du groupe Carrefour, celui-ci a cependant choisi de communiquer discr\u00e8tement sur le sujet. L\u2019approche de l\u2019enseigne am\u00e9ricaine Trader\u2019s Joe, semble, par exemple, beaucoup plus assum\u00e9e. Un partenariat avec Magnusmode, l\u2019entreprise canadienne \u00e0 l\u2019origine de l\u2019application MagnusCards, pour aider les personnes ayant des besoins sur le plan de l\u2019apprentissage cognitif a en effet \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place. Le principe : proposer 5 \u00ab cartes \u00bb adress\u00e9es \u00e0 des publics porteurs d\u2019un handicap cognitif et \/ ou intellectuel \u2013 l\u2019autisme n\u2019en \u00e9tant qu\u2019un des cas de figure -, donnant aux usagers des rep\u00e8res pour faire leurs courses en toute s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9. Disponibles sur l\u2019application mobile, consultables dans le magasin comme en dehors, ces \u00ab cartes \u00bb renseignent sur des \u00e9l\u00e9ments pragmatiques et des services pratiques, comme la nature des bruits dans le magasin ou l\u2019aide \u00e0 solliciter pour porter ses courses.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut dire qu\u2019aux USA, la question des minorit\u00e9s, ou tout du moins de la diversit\u00e9, est un sujet banalis\u00e9 et qu\u2019il n\u2019est nullement tabou de parler de maladie mentale. Une diff\u00e9rence culturelle qui explique sans doute l\u2019initiative plus discr\u00e8tement relay\u00e9e par Carrefour<\/p>\n<p>Quelle que soit la m\u00e9thode, une chose semble s\u00fbre : ces initiatives soulignent le r\u00f4le social du commerce, a fortiori en temps de pand\u00e9mie.
