Estim\u00e9 \u00e0 152 millions d\u2019euros en 2021, le quick commerce, bas\u00e9 sur la promesse d\u2019une livraison \u00e0 domicile n\u2019exc\u00e9dant pas 15 minutes, vient de passer deux ann\u00e9es florissantes.<\/p>\n<p>Attir\u00e9s par ce qu\u2019ils ont per\u00e7u comme \u00e9tant une opportunit\u00e9 \u00e0 ne pas rater, les investisseurs ont soutenu ce march\u00e9 de niche (1, 8 milliards lev\u00e9s par le Turc Getir et 1,4 par l\u2019Allemand Gorillas), laissant penser qu\u2019il s\u2019agissait l\u00e0 d\u2019un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de grande ampleur, promis \u00e0 un bel avenir.<\/p>\n<p>Mais au lendemain de la crise sanitaire, le quick commerce se trouve au c\u0153ur d\u2019une tornade, avant m\u00eame d\u2019avoir prouv\u00e9 sa rentabilit\u00e9. Dans tous les pays, on assiste \u00e0 des plans sociaux, des regroupements, des fermetures. Gorillas vient d\u2019annoncer la suppression de 300 postes administratifs dans le monde, sur ses 14.000 salari\u00e9s tandis que Getir se s\u00e9pare de 14% de sa masse salariale. Aux Etats-Unis, la situation n\u2019est gu\u00e8re plus favorable pour les acteurs du quick commerce. Les investisseurs deviennent quant \u00e0 eux frileux \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019investir dans des startup qui n\u2019ont comme vision que la croissance \u00e0 tout prix.<\/p>\n              <\/div>\n            \n                    <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"block_f6a622b4f4be66ad446987eebf7ec596\" class=\"block-textminor\">\n    <div class=\"row\">\n              <div class=\"col-lg-10 col-12\">\n        <div class=\"block-textminor-main\">\n                          <h2 class=\"block-textminor-title h3\">\n                  R\u00e9ponse opportuniste passag\u00e8re ou v\u00e9ritable ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de niche durable ?              <\/h2>\n                                      <div class=\"block-textminor-text\">\n                  <p>Un revirement qui soul\u00e8ve des questions l\u00e9gitimes : le quick commerce n\u2019a-t-il pas \u00e9t\u00e9 en fait une r\u00e9ponse opportuniste face \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019un commerce de niche, trop soumis aux al\u00e9as de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ? Ne s\u2019agissait-il pas en fait d\u2019un quick commerce \u00ab sous conditions \u00bb, vivant sous perfusion permanente ? Il semblerait que oui.<\/p>\n<p>Assiste-t-on plut\u00f4t \u00e0 un v\u00e9ritable ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne urbain, pour les courses de d\u00e9pannage essentiellement, qui aura besoin de temps pour s\u2019installer durablement et se faire comprendre des clients ? Encore faut-il que les investisseurs ne se lassent pas avant et on peut en douter.<\/p>\n<p>Si le quick commerce devait perdurer, il y a fort \u00e0 parier qu\u2019il ne sera plus enti\u00e8rement op\u00e9r\u00e9 par des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s tierces trop d\u00e9pendantes d\u2019investisseurs mais propos\u00e9 en partenariat avec l\u2019enseigne, comme Instacart aux Etats Unis, voire directement par elle.<\/p>\n<p>Quoiqu\u2019il en soit, une commande pr\u00e9par\u00e9e et livr\u00e9e en 15 minutes se fera trop souvent au d\u00e9triment de la qualit\u00e9, crit\u00e8re pourtant tr\u00e8s important aux yeux de nombreux clients. Pour satisfaire ces derniers et sortir des bulles sp\u00e9culatives, sans doute faudra-t-il \u00e0 l\u2019avenir d\u00e9finir ce que sont les limites \u00e0 ne raisonnablement pas d\u00e9passer.<\/p>\n              <\/div>\n            \n                    <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le quick commerce s\u2019est consid\u00e9rablement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 durant la crise sanitaire, principalement dans les zones urbaines.
