Annonc\u00e9e par Christophe B\u00e9chu, ministre de la Transition \u00e9cologique, cette initiative r\u00e9pond \u00e0 l’escalade de l’achat de v\u00eatements neufs, atteignant 3,3 milliards d’unit\u00e9s en 2023. Un engagement qui fait \u00e9cho \u00e0 l’inqui\u00e9tude grandissante autour des pratiques de g\u00e9ants comme <\/span>Shein<\/span> et <\/span>Temu<\/span><\/a>, dont <\/span>l’impact environnemental <\/span><\/a>n'est plus \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer.<\/span><\/p>\n

La loi, propos\u00e9e par la d\u00e9put\u00e9e Anne-C\u00e9cile Violland, vise trois axes principaux : am\u00e9liorer l’information du consommateur sur l’impact de ses achats, imposer des p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s aux entreprises fortement polluantes, et restreindre la publicit\u00e9 pour les acteurs de la fast fashion. Toutefois, des questions subsistent parmi les associations \u00e9cologistes concernant la d\u00e9finition du terme \u00ab\u00a0fast fashion\u00a0\u00bb et l’ampleur des crit\u00e8res \u00e9valu\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alors que le texte s’appr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9battu en commission puis en s\u00e9ance publique le 14 mars, le secteur et les observateurs attendent de pouvoir juger de l’efficacit\u00e9 de ces mesures dans un contexte global.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
