Les chiffres communiqu\u00e9s lors de la conf\u00e9rence anim\u00e9e par Kevin Jiang, vice-pr\u00e9sident en charge du business international de JD.com, confirment que la plateforme est d\u00e9sormais incontournable.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques chiffres :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plus de 300 millions d\u2019utilisateurs actifs, soit une augmentation de 30% par rapport \u00e0 2017.<\/li>\n<li>Un chiffre d\u2019affaires sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 200 milliards de dollars (valeur des produits qui transitent sur la plateforme) \u00e0 la fin 2018, soit une augmentation de 150% par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/li>\n<li>Un r\u00e9sultat de 67 milliards de dollars, soit + 200% en un an pour une valorisation boursi\u00e8re de 46 milliards de dollars.<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab JD.com se consid\u00e8re comme \u00e9tant le plus grand commer\u00e7ant de Chine et la 3e soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Internet au monde, derri\u00e8re Google et Amazon \u00bb, relate St\u00e9phane Joly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n              <\/div>\n            \n                    <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"block_e8ca8321f1878f13030194af1084a1a2\" class=\"block-textminor\">\n    <div class=\"row\">\n              <div class=\"col-lg-10 col-12\">\n        <div class=\"block-textminor-main\">\n                          <h2 class=\"block-textminor-title h3\">\n                  Une plateforme incontournable              <\/h2>\n                                      <div class=\"block-textminor-text\">\n                  <p>JD.com r\u00e9unit \u00e0 elle seule 160 000 marchands. On y trouve aussi bien de l\u2019\u00e9lectronique, des produits frais, des biens de consommation, du textile, du mat\u00e9riel Hi-fi, du mobilier et de la d\u00e9coration \u2026 Et des produits de luxe.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab D\u2019apr\u00e8s Kevin Jiang, les plateformes sont devenues des moteurs de recherche : 37% des utilisateurs viennent y chercher des produits et 42% de l\u2019inspiration \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise St\u00e9phane Joly.<\/p>\n              <\/div>\n            \n                    <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"block_abe3e8a3f1410ff35b54aee400cd48dc\" class=\"block-textminor\">\n    <div class=\"row\">\n              <div class=\"col-lg-10 col-12\">\n        <div class=\"block-textminor-main\">\n                          <h2 class=\"block-textminor-title h3\">\n                  Les atouts de JD.com              <\/h2>\n                                      <div class=\"block-textminor-text\">\n                  <p>Si la plateforme originaire de P\u00e9kin n\u2019est que seconde derri\u00e8re Alibaba avec ses deux plateformes d\u2019Alibaba, Taobao et Tmall qui r\u00e9unissent 600 millions d\u2019utilisateurs actifs, elle a n\u00e9anmoins su se d\u00e9marquer sur plus d\u2019un point. \u00ab JD.com a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de s\u2019allier \u00e0 Tencent, dont la messagerie WeChat est le plus gros r\u00e9seau social en Chine, avec 1 milliard d\u2019utilisateurs actifs. Ce partenariat est tr\u00e8s strat\u00e9gique car il permet \u00e0 la plateforme de collecter un grand nombre de donn\u00e9es et ainsi de parfaitement cibler leur communication aupr\u00e8s des utilisateurs. Alibaba de son c\u00f4t\u00e9, ne repose sur aucun r\u00e9seau social \u00bb. JD.com s\u2019est \u00e9galement associ\u00e9 au moteur de recherche Baidu ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 Toutiao, plateforme de news et de contenus vid\u00e9o. \u00ab Un positionnement tr\u00e8s intelligent, qui permet \u00e0 JD.com de capter de l\u2019information sur les produits susceptibles de plaire \u00e0 ses clients \u00bb, ajoute St\u00e9phane Joly.<\/p>\n<p>Autre atout : le contr\u00f4le des contrefa\u00e7ons. JD.com exerce une politique stricte, qui porte ses fruits \u2013 \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence d\u2019Alibaba, qui souffre de son manque de fiabilit\u00e9 dans ce domaine \u2013.<\/p>\n<p>JD.com s\u2019appuie \u00e9galement sur une excellente logistique. 90% des articles propos\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre livr\u00e9s en 24H en Chine. Un syst\u00e8me de livraison VIP est propos\u00e9 et les jeunes femmes se voient par exemple livrer leur commande, par de beaux jeunes hommes en gants blancs\u2026<\/p>\n              <\/div>\n            \n                    <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"block_b840a23ec54342901834c6ee4ab347f2\" class=\"block-textminor\">\n    <div class=\"row\">\n              <div class=\"col-lg-10 col-12\">\n        <div class=\"block-textminor-main\">\n                          <h2 class=\"block-textminor-title h3\">\n                  JD Luxury              <\/h2>\n                                      <div class=\"block-textminor-text\">\n                  <p>En Chine, les produits de luxe ne s\u2019ach\u00e8tent bien souvent pas en boutique ou sur le site propre de la marque mais sur des plateformes comme JD.com, qui a lanc\u00e9 JD Luxury.<\/p>\n<p>Qui sont les acheteurs du site ? D\u2019apr\u00e8s Kevin Jiang, 74% ont entre 26 et 45 ans et 60% viennent des grosses villes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le site a une tr\u00e8s belle ergonomie et tous les codes associ\u00e9s aux marques sont respect\u00e9s, d\u00e9crit St\u00e9phane Joly. Beaucoup de marques prestigieuses, comme Paul Smith, Prada, Tod\u2019s, Escada, Fred, Versace\u2026 y ont ouvert une boutique \u00e0 leur nom. La livraison est assur\u00e9e par la plateforme \u00bb. Le taux de retour, situ\u00e9 entre 15 et 20%, est bien inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui d\u2019autres sites chinois ; une preuve de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la collecte de donn\u00e9es, rendue possible gr\u00e2ce, notamment, au partenariat avec Tencent.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Il se trouve que les consommateurs chinois de produits de luxe perdent de plus en plus l\u2019habitude de se faire livrer de l\u2019\u00e9tranger, r\u00e9v\u00e8le St\u00e9phane Joly. L\u2019\u00e9cart des prix de vente entre ceux pratiqu\u00e9s en Chine et ceux dans le pays d\u2019origine, a tendance \u00e0 se r\u00e9duire. Ils sont d\u00e9sormais moins suiveurs et beaucoup plus int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par le design.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le consommateur chinois de la \u00ab g\u00e9n\u00e9ration self \u00bb, fait partie de la 2e g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de l\u2019enfant unique, \u2013 la premi\u00e8re sans cousins -, raconte St\u00e9phane Joly. Il est tr\u00e8s \u00e9gocentrique, curieux, et a confiance dans sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er sa propre mode, \u00e0 la recherche du produit design de niche \u00bb. Un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi pour les marques de luxe, qui ne peuvent plus pr\u00e9voir comme auparavant ce qu\u2019ach\u00e8teront ces consommateurs. \u00ab On parle d\u2019Audience X, pour faire r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au fait qu\u2019avec l\u2019ultra personnalisation, il est difficile de savoir ce qui aura du succ\u00e8s \u00bb. Mais bonne nouvelle, avec l\u2019acc\u00e8s au luxe des villes moyennes et secondaires chinoises, le potentiel de croissance pour ces marques est ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nal.<\/p>\n              <\/div>\n            \n                    <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"block_5205f23b3f2b087bf6c73d41a489bee1\" class=\"block-textminor\">\n    <div class=\"row\">\n              <div class=\"col-lg-10 col-12\">\n        <div class=\"block-textminor-main\">\n                          <h2 class=\"block-textminor-title h3\">\n                  L\u2019influence des Key opinion leaders              <\/h2>\n                                      <div class=\"block-textminor-text\">\n                  <p>Si les Chinois font confiance dans leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er leur propre mode, ils suivent \u00e9galement beaucoup les avis des influenceurs sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. \u00ab Le social commerce, li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019interaction entre les m\u00e9dias sociaux et la puissance des influenceurs est tr\u00e8s d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en Chine, indique St\u00e9phane Joly. En peu de temps, une marque peut ainsi grimper\u2026 ou chuter ! Ce fut le cas de Dolce&amp;Gabbana fin 2018, qui ne s\u2019en est toujours pas remise.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne incontournable, que les marques de luxe doivent \u00e9galement int\u00e9grer dans leur strat\u00e9gie.
