Ce chiffre a priori alarmant est \u00e0 relativiser tr\u00e8s fortement selon les secteurs concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n              <\/div>\n            \n                    <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"block_c4d0565b054593f08cfb865372007f6e\" class=\"block-textminor\">\n    <div class=\"row\">\n              <div class=\"col-lg-10 col-12\">\n        <div class=\"block-textminor-main\">\n                          <h2 class=\"block-textminor-title h3\">\n                  Un boom de l\u2019e-commerce omnicanal en entr\u00e9e de jeu ?              <\/h2>\n                                      <div class=\"block-textminor-text\">\n                  <p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019institut Nielsen, le e-commerce aurait connu une progression quatre fois plus rapide que celle des magasins physiques, \u00e0 mi-mars 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Le drive en est l\u2019un des grands b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires (+30% vs ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente), notamment chez les Franciliens (+45%) . Avec 164 millions d\u2019euros r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, le drive d\u00e9passe m\u00eame les 7 % de part de march\u00e9 hebdomadaire pour la premi\u00e8re fois, indique le rapport.<\/p>\n<p>De fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la livraison \u00e0 domicile a progress\u00e9 de plus de 70 % d\u00e9but mars (vs N-1), notamment sur les produits d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et l\u2019alimentaire non p\u00e9rissable.<\/p>\n              <\/div>\n            \n                    <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"block_1d4b55c391a483bdbaf7fea98d1680de\" class=\"block-textminor\">\n    <div class=\"row\">\n              <div class=\"col-lg-10 col-12\">\n        <div class=\"block-textminor-main\">\n                          <h2 class=\"block-textminor-title h3\">\n                  Quels ajustements pour les entreprises omnicanales ?              <\/h2>\n                                      <div class=\"block-textminor-text\">\n                  <p>Un enjeu humain : les entreprises ont besoin de main d\u2019\u0153uvre dites \u00e0 \u201cfaible valeur ajout\u00e9e\u201d (pr\u00e9parateurs de commandes, livreurs..). Certains g\u00e9ants, \u00e0 l\u2019instar d\u2019Amazon, proposent d\u2019embaucher temporairement des salari\u00e9s d\u2019entreprises en difficult\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Un enjeu technologique : la maturit\u00e9 digitale des entreprises est mise \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un test d\u2019efficience pour les dispositifs omnicanaux. Ici encore, les entreprises omnicanales peuvent \u00eatre soumises \u00e0 des surcharges de trafic in\u00e9dites sur leurs sites de vente en ligne, engendrant des \u201cbugs\u201d et g\u00e9n\u00e9rant donc frustration et insatisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Un enjeu logistique : D\u00e9but avril, les \u00e9tudes montrent des ralentissements de cette efficacit\u00e9, dues notamment \u00e0 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>des d\u00e9lais allong\u00e9s pour la livraison (85% des sites),<\/li>\n<li>la fermeture des traditionnels \u201cpoints relais\u201d, n\u00e9cessitant de mettre en place des services de livraison \u00e0 domicile pour des entreprises qui n\u2019y \u00e9taient pas famili\u00e8res.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Certaines innovent et repensent les lignes de leur mod\u00e8le, comme Leroy Merlin qui mise sur la r\u00e9ouverture des drives : depuis le 24 mars, un service de retrait de marchandises permet aux consommateurs de retirer, sur les parkings de ses magasins, les produits de premi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 et de d\u00e9pannage, malgr\u00e9 le fait que les portes des magasins restent ferm\u00e9es. L\u2019e-shop est ajust\u00e9 au stock disponible \u00e0 chaque point de vente, permettant ainsi au client de voir directement si son produit est disponible en retrait via le drive dudit magasin.<\/p>\n              <\/div>\n            \n                    <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"block_d51536b500d3508fb6dd169b49eb5777\" class=\"block-textminor\">\n    <div class=\"row\">\n              <div class=\"col-lg-10 col-12\">\n        <div class=\"block-textminor-main\">\n                          <h2 class=\"block-textminor-title h3\">\n                  Focus sur l\u2019alimentaire              <\/h2>\n                                      <div class=\"block-textminor-text\">\n                  <p>Apr\u00e8s la \u201cru\u00e9e\u201d de la premi\u00e8re semaine de confinement, la hausse des e-ventes alimentaires ralentissent, mais le niveau reste nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 qu\u2019avant le d\u00e9marrage de la crise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale.<\/p>\n<p>En Ile de France, o\u00f9 plus de commerces de proximit\u00e9 restent facilement ouverts, le chiffre de l\u2019e-commerce alimentaire se normalise.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e0 aussi, les d\u00e9lais de livraison s\u2019allongent tr\u00e8s fortement: d\u2019abord sur le drive, p\u00e9nalisant fortement Carrefour au profit de Leclerc, puis sur le march\u00e9 de la livraison \u00e0 domicile, o\u00f9 Carrefour c\u00e8de la place au service de livraison Prime Now d\u2019Amazon. Le march\u00e9 de la livraison de repas, qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement impact\u00e9 en semaine (-50%) semble, lui, se stabiliser.<\/p>\n              <\/div>\n            \n                    <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"block_523dd4fba28f8040bea7926e8f5bddc6\" class=\"block-textminor\">\n    <div class=\"row\">\n              <div class=\"col-lg-10 col-12\">\n        <div class=\"block-textminor-main\">\n                          <h2 class=\"block-textminor-title h3\">\n                  L\u2019alliance des retailers avec les solutions de livraison agiles              <\/h2>\n                                      <div class=\"block-textminor-text\">\n                  <p>De nombreux retailers, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle des pays urbanis\u00e9s en crise, font alliance avec des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s dont le c\u0153ur de m\u00e9tier \u00e9tait initialement concentr\u00e9 sur la livraison de repas pour ouvrir leur distribution \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9picerie au sens plus large. Quant aux abonnements Netflix, leur taux de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9lev\u00e9 grimpe encore de 76% par rapport \u00e0 leur niveau pr\u00e9-confinement. Des enseignes fran\u00e7aises \u201chistoriques\u201d (chaussures, clubs de vacances familiaux..) ne cachent pas leurs inqui\u00e9tudes.
