\n\t\t\t[vc_column_text]D<\/span>ans une d\u00e9cision r\u00e9cente du Tribunal populaire sup\u00e9rieur de P\u00e9kin, JD.com a remport\u00e9 un proc\u00e8s contre le g\u00e9ant de l’e-commerce Alibaba, qui s’est vu attribuer une amende d’1 milliard de yuans (140 millions de dollars) pour pratiques monopolistiques.<\/p>\n

JD.com avait accus\u00e9 Alibaba et ses divisions e-commerce, Zhejiang Tmall Network et Zhejiang Tmall Technology, d’imposer aux fournisseurs une politique de \u00ab\u00a0choix exclusif\u00a0\u00bb, les for\u00e7ant \u00e0 choisir entre vendre sur JD.com ou Alibaba.<\/p>\n

Cette d\u00e9cision, per\u00e7ue comme un moment cl\u00e9 pour la l\u00e9gislation anti-monopole en Chine, survient alors que d’autres acteurs de l’e-commerce chinois, comme Temu et Shein, font face \u00e0 des litiges similaires.<\/p>\n

En 2021, Alibaba avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 sanctionn\u00e9 d’une amende record de 2,75 milliards de dollars par les r\u00e9gulateurs chinois pour abus de dominance sur le march\u00e9. De plus, en juillet 2023, sa soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de fintech, Ant Group, a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9e \u00e0 une amende d’environ 982 millions de dollars pour violation des r\u00e9gulations de protection des consommateurs et de gouvernance d’entreprise.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb37px\u00a0\u00bb]
