Malgr\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis multiples, notamment les confinements, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, la baisse du tourisme, les \u00e9meutes et <a href=\"\/?p=7144\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la crise du pouvoir d&rsquo;achat<\/a>, le secteur commercial parisien montre une r\u00e9silience remarquable. Avec 28 commerces pour 1 000 habitants, Paris maintient une densit\u00e9 commerciale \u00e9lev\u00e9e, repr\u00e9sentant environ 20 % des emplois de la ville.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'enqu\u00eate note une l\u00e9g\u00e8re diminution du nombre de commerces par rapport \u00e0 2020, mais une augmentation modeste des locaux vacants, avec un changement notable :\u00a0 Alors que la grande distribution alimentaire stagne, ces trois derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9es ont vu la mont\u00e9e en puissance, dans la capitale, des commerces alimentaires et, notamment, des cavistes, primeurs et p\u00e2tisseries. Une \u00e9volution qui refl\u00e8te une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence croissante pour les commerces de proximit\u00e9 et sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D&rsquo;autres tendances \u00e9mergent, telles que la fermeture des agences bancaires et l&rsquo;augmentation des cabinets m\u00e9dicaux et des commerces d\u00e9di\u00e9s au bien-\u00eatre. L&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant pour les mobilit\u00e9s douces se manifeste quant \u00e0 lui par une hausse significative des magasins de v\u00e9los.
