Entretien crois\u00e9 avec Romuald Boulanger, co-fondateur de La Vitre et Alexandre Rakoto, CEO et co-fondateur de Fosfor.<\/h4>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>Comment pr\u00e9senter La Vitre et Fosfor ?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>Romuald Boulanger : <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 2015, notre agence digitale Ucaya, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans l'exp\u00e9rience utilisateurs et le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 la demande, a mis au point, un outil en interne, pour permettre aux \u00e9quipes de Nantes et de Paris de travailler ensemble au quotidien, sans se d\u00e9placer. L'id\u00e9e de d\u00e9ployer cette solution en externe s'est vite impos\u00e9e : l'entit\u00e9 La Vitre a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e d\u00e9but 2019 pour permettre \u00e0 nos clients de rapprocher les espaces distants et de recr\u00e9er un \u00e9change naturel gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">solution logicielle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Alexandre Rakoto : <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fosfor se concentre \u00e9galement sur l'exp\u00e9rience utilisateurs mais \u00e9volue dans le phygital. En tant que passerelle exp\u00e9rientielle, nous proposons des technologies avec des nouveaux contenus, de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, de l'immersion, de l'interactivit\u00e9\u2026\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous avons rencontr\u00e9 Romuald et ses \u00e9quipes au salon Vivatech, il y a 3 ans. L'id\u00e9e de notre association repose sur l'envie de compl\u00e9ter l'exp\u00e9rience de La Vitre avec de nouveaux \u00ab hardware \u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>R. B :<\/b> La Vitre est du live tandis que Fosfor est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le pr\u00e9-recording pour des exp\u00e9rimentations ou dans la 3D. Proposer du live, avec le hardware de Fosfor nous a sembl\u00e9 plus que pertinent.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>En quoi consiste votre collaboration concr\u00e8tement et comment se traduit-elle dans l'univers du retail ?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>R. B :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La Vitre apporte l'humain, c'est \u00e0 dire l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un vendeur ou \u00e0 un expert \u00e0 distance. Plut\u00f4t que de partager les \u00e9l\u00e9ments sur La Vitre, on utilise la Crystalbox de Fosfor pour apporter l&rsquo;objet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>A.<\/strong> <\/span><b>R :\u00a0 <\/b>L'exp\u00e9rience orient\u00e9e retail permet en effet d'aller beaucoup plus loin dans la pr\u00e9sentation, le d\u00e9tail et la finesse d'un produit, manipul\u00e9 en live dans un point de vente et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans les Crystalbox connect\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans l'univers du luxe, qui repose sur l'objet unique et l'authenticit\u00e9, notre proposition est un vrai plus. Elle permet par exemple de voir avec une tr\u00e8s grande pr\u00e9cision le d\u00e9tail du m\u00e9canisme d'une montre de luxe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>Quels sont les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de cette solution ?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>R. B : <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'avantage est \u00e0 la fois \u00e9cologique mais aussi logistique. Pr\u00e9senter des pi\u00e8ces uniques ou des objets en s\u00e9rie limit\u00e9e de grande valeur \u00e0 distance permet d&rsquo;assurer une meilleure s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e9vite des probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la logistique, avec le transport de produits jusqu'aux boutiques. La gestion des stocks et la rotation des stocks et des produits sont \u00e9galement soulag\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C&rsquo;est une nouvelle exp\u00e9rience pour les clients, mais aussi pour les \u00e9quipes, les ateliers et les fournisseurs qui peuvent ainsi imaginer, \u00e9laborer et cr\u00e9er sans avoir forc\u00e9ment besoin de se d\u00e9placer d'un bout \u00e0 l'autre de la plan\u00e8te.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>Comment imaginez-vous le d\u00e9ploiement de cette solution ?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>A.
