Vision Express, one of the UK’s leading eyewear retailers, aimed to streamline its marketing operations while ensuring high-impact campaigns and consistent execution across its 550-store network. Altavia embedded itself within the client’s workflows to drive operational efficiency, synchronize campaign planning, and deliver retail transformation at scale.
Context
Operating in a highly competitive high street market, Vision Express required a marketing solution capable of managing complex logistics and delivering consistent brand experiences across hundreds of locations. The company faced the dual challenge of maintaining operational precision while evolving its in-store experience to align with brand strategy and customer expectations. With over 550 outlets nationwide, the stakes for coordination and execution were significant, particularly during store refits and seasonal campaigns.
Our Ambition
We set out to become a fully integrated extension of Vision Express’s marketing function, optimizing operations, improving workflow coordination, and enabling consistent brand activation in every store.
Our approach
Altavia’s intervention focused on embedding operational support and aligning marketing execution end-to-end:
- Store Execution Management: Coordinated print production, hoardings, window site surveys, and branded assets for every new store refit.
- Campaign Synchronization: Linked marketing planning with in-store rollouts to ensure coherent, timely messaging and visual presence.
- Inventory & Logistics Oversight: Managed more than 1,500 SKUs and processed 15,000 orders annually through the MPOP platform, securing the availability of marketing assets across the network. This integrated setup allowed Vision Express to maintain agility while ensuring brand consistency and executional excellence.
