Chomette has long been a key player in the hospitality equipment sector, providing professionals with the tools to create exceptional guest experiences. But in a highly competitive market, simply offering premium products was no longer enough. The brand needed a physical space that embodied its expertise, engaged its audience, and set it apart from competitors.

Rather than a conventional showroom, Chomette envisioned a prestigious, experience-driven space in the heart of Paris, where clients could explore the brand’s collections in real-world hospitality settings. The challenge was to design an environment that balanced commercial appeal, inspiration, and networking opportunities, all while reinforcing Chomette’s commitment to quality, innovation, and industry leadership.

Our Ambiton

Altavia set out to create more than just a product showcase—Chomette needed a destination where business and inspiration co-mingled. We wanted to bring the brand to life in a way that was immersive, experiential, and commercially impactful. Visitors had to be able to explore and interact with the brand’s collections in settings that mirrored real-world hospitality environments, while the space itself had to foster business conversations, product demonstrations, and industry collaboration. More than a display of expertise, it needed to be a platform that strengthened Chomette’s influence in the hospitality sector and reinforced its presence in the heart of its market.

Our Approach

A hospitality flagship designed for today—and tomorrow.

We envisioned a bespoke showroom experience housed in an elegant hôtel particulier near Place de l’Étoile—an address as refined as the brand itself.

Each level of the showroom was designed to showcase Chomette’s offer in real-life hospitality settings, creating an intuitive journey that allowed clients to easily project capabilities into their own spaces. The showroom’s bar and lounge area set a welcoming, business-friendly atmosphere, encouraging both structured meetings and casual conversations. A fluid, modular layout ensured the space remained adaptable for industry events, product launches, and live demonstrations, reinforcing its role as a true hub for hospitality professionals.
