Lusini is the leading marketplace for products and services in the hotel, gastronomy and catering sector.
The product portfolio includes over 100.000 products from numerous brands and home brands.
To increase brand awareness, Lusini invited several agencies to do a pitch in spring 2022. Altavia Deutschland was able to prove itself as a leading communications agency with a strong concept of branding and campaigning.

Solutions

Their approach was to focus on the love and passion the hosts bring, to create truly grade guest experiences. Their idea was to visit Lusini and their place of activity, where their hosts portrayed the history and the results made possible by Lusini products and services.
They visited 4 different hosts and their businesses.

Results

In addition to the amazingly positive fead back from the industry and the company internally, their campaign reached a total of 35 million impressions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland by a newsletter, a website landing page and social media, during a period of 3 months. And everyday, around 1000 of people continue to come to the campaign landing page, to learn more about the Lusini hosts’ stories.
After this success in German speaking countries, the campaign is now to expand into other countries of Europe to sustainably increase the brand awareness of Lusini.
