For 12 years now, since 2011, Altavia has been working in collaboration with Schneider Electric on projects covering the scope of Print management. This time, even if the project is not in the scope of print management, the client trusted us to carry out this project and wanted to call on our expertise to meet its needs.
Solutions
It took Altavia’s team 3 months of work to complete this project. The stakeholders were quickly identified:
- Creation and design of the customer journey – Altavia Pallas,
- Production and installation of the stand (design and graphics) – Altavia Aura,
- Client relations – GBD (Stéphanie Baillargé, global SE account manager)
Results
To offer a unique experience to visitors of the stand, the S-shaped customer journey was designed as a visit to a Schneider Electric connected home with Schneider Electric products highlighted and animations throughout the journey:
- a yoga class,
- a DJ sound system that can be recharged by bicycle,
- a giant screen broadcasting a message of encouragement once the runners’ race number have been scanned,
- a VIP lounge area for Schneider Electric runners including a goodie bar, a photocall, rest and relaxation areas, a massage room run by a physiotherapist, a recycling bin for used trainers, a cold drinks fridge, etc.
