Our Unwavering Standard of Commitment Positive for Humans Our Commitment to Positive Social Impact At Altavia, we foster an inclusive work environment for our employees and our broader ecosystem by actively promoting social inclusion. We collaborate with 844 certified Positive Sourcing suppliers, all of whom meet strict eligibility criteria. These partners represent 30% of our spending and 42% of our production. Through the Altavia Foundation, we support the local economy and encourage entrepreneurial initiatives. We are also strongly committed to gender equality within the Group. With an Egapro index of 80/100, covering 76% of the Group, our goal is to reach 85/100 by 2027, with full coverage across all business units. Responsible for the Planet Our Environmental Responsibility Altavia is committed to reducing its environmental impact by measuring its carbon footprint across all scopes and driving continuous improvement. We support our clients with eco-designed products and actively engage all stakeholders on environmental awareness. In 2023, our carbon footprint reached 424,200 tCO₂e. Today, 99.9% of our paper purchases are certified, reflecting our commitment to responsible sourcing. Looking ahead to 2027, we are pursuing ambitious, science-backed decarbonization targets designed to limit global warming to 1.5°C: –33.4% emissions in Scopes 1 & 2 –41.5% emissions in Scope 3 100% of our products will be eco-scored Positive for Business Acting Responsibly and Ethically At Altavia, we evaluate our sustainability efforts against recognized international benchmarks. We carefully select responsible suppliers who are committed to sustainable practices and uphold the highest standards of integrity. We take strong measures to protect data and combat corruption. As of today, 80% of our teams have been trained in GDPR and anti-corruption, and 71% of our strategic suppliers have been audited. By 2027, our goal is to reach 100% awareness across all employees on these critical issues and 100% of strategic suppliers audited.
