As a relatively new entrant to the competitive European automotive landscape, BYD faced the dual challenge of introducing its brand and building trust among diverse markets. The EV segment is already saturated with legacy manufacturers and newer disruptors, requiring BYD to differentiate through both product and communication. Operating across multiple European countries with varying consumer expectations further heightened the need for a consistent yet locally resonant brand presence.
