Chalhoub Group sought to create a compelling, high-end retail experience that would prioritize customer experience and sustainability. The challenge was to design a space that was as intuitive as it was immersive—engaging international travelers while aligning with sustainable goals.

Altavia ODG designed a distinctive Y-shaped layout that naturally guides visitors through the retail journey, maximizing visibility and ease of navigation. Key elements of the approach included:
