Context

Nespresso operates at the intersection of premium coffee retail and lifestyle branding, with a global footprint across digital and physical channels. To sustain brand equity and campaign coherence at scale, the company requires seamless production of digital and print materials—ranging from targeted email assets to retail support visuals—across numerous languages and markets.

Our Ambition

We support Nespresso’s teams by ensuring smooth, consistent, and scalable delivery of high-quality assets across both digital and print formats.

Our approach

To meet daily production demands while preserving brand consistency, we:

  • Produced static and dynamic banners, emails, and print materials on a rolling basis.
  • Designed modular mailing templates and integrated both visual and textual content.
  • Implemented collaborative platforms (DAM, online briefing, review workflows) for shared visibility and faster approvals.
  • Assigned a single SPOC alternating between Altavia and client premises to oversee project management across all workstreams.
Our Results

– Consistent delivery of high-volume assets across multiple channels.

– Centralized project ownership reducing bottlenecks and revision loops.

– Daily operational flow maintained between studio, digital, and creative teams.

– Full integration of collaborative digital tools into client-side processes.
