They needed to energize customers and reinforce the brand’s innovative position in electric mobility—a way to captivate drivers across Europe, sparking excitement and engagement while seamlessly integrating these efforts into their digital ecosystem.

Our Ambiton

To create a dynamic and immersive experience that went beyond the traditional vehicle launch. We sought to strengthen Renault’s positioning as a leader in electric mobility by leveraging cutting-edge technology to build deeper connections with future customers. This included delivering an exclusive, interactive, and personalized journey, showcasing Renault’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Our approach

RENO, the future of mobility

The result was Wt5 by Renault, a trailblazing platform available on Android and iOS, designed to engage users across 7 European countries. Central to the app’s success was Reno, Renault’s AI-powered avatar, created in partnership with OpenAI’s ChatGPT, offering personalized interactions and exclusive content. The app provided behind-the-scenes access to the Renault 5 and 4, priority pre-order passes, and even exclusive merchandise. This seamless integration into Renault’s digital ecosystem turned the teasing, reveal, and commercialization stages into a comprehensive and engaging customer journey.
