Altavia AURA continues its transformation: Ludovic Noël appointed Managing Director

Following the merger with digital agency JetPulp in 2017, Altavia AURA is continuing its drive to transform and decompartmentalise its offerings and expertise and welcomes a new Managing Director: Ludovic NOËL. He succeeds Pierre ARTRU and Luc ROMANO, who together steered the development of the two agencies following their merger. This appointment follows on from the transformation plan launched in 2017, which has enabled Altavia AURA to create a new organisation offering a unique value proposition in its market.

Ludovic NOËL’s main task will be to continue the dynamic initiated by his predecessors, to define the agency’s new growth strategy and to oversee its operational management. To do this, he can draw on the strong commitment of Altavia AURA and JetPulp managers at his side, as well as their solid professional experience and in-depth knowledge of the region’s economic and institutional players. Ludovic NOËL co-founded Imaginove before taking up the position of Managing Director of the Cité du Design in Saint-Étienne. At Altavia, he was previously Director of Human Capital Development. This wealth of experience will be invaluable to him in his new role, which will involve uniting the teams based in Lyon and Saint-Etienne around Altavia AURA’s development strategy.

Having successfully completed their missions and positioned Altavia AURA as the leading commercial activation agency in the Rhône-Alpes region with its 145 employees, Pierre ARTRU and Luc ROMANO are now looking forward to new challenges. After ten years at the helm of Altavia Saint-Étienne and then Altavia AURA, Pierre ARTRU has been entrusted with a strategic and international mission for the Group and its future offerings, focusing in particular on premedia and asset management.

For his part, Luc Romano will be returning to the entrepreneurial path that is so dear to him, and getting involved in the takeover and restructuring of a regional group. This project will enable him to create a new industry champion, as he has done with JetPulp in recent years.
