For over 35 years, Altavia has supported E. Leclerc on the creative adaptation, premedia, asset production, and print of its in-store communication and national campaign materials. The scope spans multiple formats—from hypermarkets to parapharmacies—and covers annual content requirements such as catalogues and promotional signage.
Faced with rising operational complexity and the need for rapid, multi-channel content delivery, E. Leclerc required a robust system to manage more than 60 national campaigns and over 2,500 catalogue pages annually, along with over 100 POS activations and extensive logistics coordination.
We set out to design and operate a scalable content production model that delivers brand-compliant, high-volume assets with maximum efficiency across E. Leclerc’s retail network.
